Dylan answered our questions and we took it for a test drive. He then gladly answered more questions. The actual purchase was very hassle free and paperwork was processed quickly. Absolutely awesome experience. They are very quick to respond. Braydon answered all my questions without trying to gaslight me. They are very transparent. Pam had a financing approval for me faster than any other dealer. She went over in detail all my options. She was transparent about all the loan specifics. I was able to get financing with my desired downpayment and well below what I was expecting the monthly payment to be. I was not expecting such a low interest rate as I don't have excellent credit. Other dealers either never got back to me after submitting my credit application or they had ridiculously high interest rates. The truck I got from Hayes is a 2012 and it was in good shape and decent priced. They detailed it beautifully inside and out. I was concerned about the battery and Dillon immediately and without hesitation offered a solution that I was happy with. Everyone I spoke with either over the phone or in person was awesome. A good bunch of people who are transparent and efficient. A very different experience I've never had at a dealer.
